Greetings Dear Vendor!

We are pleased to invite you to participate in our 13th annual ChantLanta Sacred Music Festival on March 14 & 15, 2025, in partnership with Unity North Atlanta. We hope that you will join us to celebrate a weekend of blissful sounds as ChantLanta makes its last appearance. With deepest love and gratitude for everyone who has participated in the adventure over the past 15 years, we hope to make this final event one that we will all remember for many years to come!

Our chosen charity partner this time is Kaleidoscope Child Foundation, a 501c3 nonprofit organization that builds schools and other critical infrastructure in some of the most poverty-stricken areas of the world. David Ault and his team have dedicated themselves to this important work for the past 20 years, and we look forward to aiding their mission with what we hope will be our largest charity donation ever! Please visit KaleidoscopeChildFoundation.org for more information.

The ChantLanta Sacred Music Festival will take place in the main sanctuary of the church and will include a Vendor Market on Friday evening, March 14, from 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm and Saturday, March 15, from 10:30 am to 9:00 pm, which is located in the main sanctuary space. Appropriate merchandise items should appeal to the yoga & spiritual community.

Festival and workshop passes will go on sale on January 1, 2025. The main events in the sanctuary will again be offered under a sliding scale pricing structure. Workshops will be offered individually at an additional price. Of course, as a vendor, you will not need a pass for the main events, but if you have an assistant helping you in your booth, you may wish take part in the workshop offerings, which will be located downstairs in the church, and tickets may be purchased through our ticket links beginning on January 1, 2025.

CHANTLANTA VENDOR GUIDELINES

Booth spaces for Friday & Saturday are $150 for approximately 100 square feet of booth space.

Applications must be postmarked by January 15, 2025.  A check for your booth fee of $150, payable to ChantLanta, must accompany your application.

There will be no registration after the deadline. We do not accept registered mail. All applications will be reviewed, and as there are only a limited number of booth spaces available, it is possible that you may not make the cut. If your application is accepted, you will receive an acceptance letter via email by January 25, 2025. If your application is not accepted, you will receive notification via email by January 25, 2025, and your check will be shredded.

Please make your check payable to "ChantLanta" in the amount of $150 and mail it together with your completed application to:

                                            Snellville, GA 30078

If you feel a half booth space would be adequate for you, please indicate this in the appropriate place on the application. There may not be any half spaces available, but I will notify you if there is availability to share a booth space with another vendor.

Be aware that because the Vendor Market is located in the Sanctuary where live music will be offered throughout the weekend, it will be noisy, so services of a healing nature may not be appropriate in this space.

ChantLanta is a green event. No merchandise may be sold or displayed at ChantLanta that creates large quantities of litter.

Food and beverages are not allowed in the sanctuary, so vending of these items is not permitted. Water bottles with lids are allowed for your personal use, and filtered water is available in the lobby. We will have a couple food vendors on Saturday, and they will be located outside in the parking lot adjacent to the church.

No merchandise may be sold that emits strong odors, including perfumes, oils, and soaps.

No merchandise may be sold or displayed at ChantLanta that creates a public nuisance or that bears the word "ChantLanta" or any other wording that links the merchandise to ChantLanta.

Setup for the Vendor Market will be on Friday afternoon between 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm, and your setup must be completed by 6:00 pm, with the vendor market opening at 6:30 pm. If your application is accepted, you will receive more information about setup and unloading.

Please be sure to indicate on your application whether you will need electrical outlets so that we can plan accordingly. Tables and chairs for your booth must be provided by you, as well as table coverings.

Neither ChantLanta nor Unity North Atlanta will be responsible for loss or damage to merchandise or for injury to anyone participating. If insurance is desired, it must be secured by the vendor.

If you have any questions or need further information, please email me at vendors@chantlanta.org.

Thank you so much for your support and participation!

Many blessings,

Margo Gomes
